Special Orders: If you do not see an item on our site that you want, contact us! We may have it in stock or have it on order already. For items that require a monogram or other “special order” items, please read the return policy as these items will not be able to be returned.

Shipping: At this time, Alta Hills Tack ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States. Please call or email for a quote if you want to ship outside of the continental United States. I will ship world-wide.

Sales Tax: Alta Hills Tack charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Payment Policy: You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the following payment options, credit card, Paypal, or via personal check. If you choose the option of personal check the check must clear prior to the items being shipped. Alta Hills Tack reserves the right to change its payment policies at any time without prior notice.

Return Policy: There will be a 15 day return policy, shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is to be paid by purchaser. Items must be unused and returned in the same condition as initially received. Please contact Alta Hills Tack for any other questions regarding returns or exchanges.
