Refund policy

Exchanges:
An exchange or in-store credit up to 14 days.

To be eligible for an exchange/ in-store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Saddles:  Trials can be negotiated on a case by case basis with a 5 day trial and a 10% restocking fee, please call to discuss.  Saddles are the ONLY item that will be granted a refund.  

Non-exchangable items:
Gift cards, Bits, Helmets/ Air Vest

Sale/ Clearance Items - FINAL SALE

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Clearance/ Sale/ OUTLET: 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately clearance/ sale items CANNOT be exchanged - FINAL SALE

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at altahillstack@gmail.com or give us a call, 801.664.2500

Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3324 Seven Springs Dr. Sandy, Utah US 84092

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
