Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Unless expedited shipping has been arranged and paid for in advance, orders will be shipped using a standard/economy service through USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

If you need your order by a specific date or require expedited shipping, please contact us directly before placing your order so we can confirm availability, shipping options, and any additional costs. Requests for a specific shipping carrier do not constitute a request for expedited or overnight shipping.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Alta Hills Tack is unable to change the shipping method or speed of delivery. Delivery dates and transit times provided by the carrier are estimates and may be subject to delays outside of our control.
